3 lots to close for summer

By closing three parking lots and one shuttle this summer, UNM parking officials are hoping the result will be a more efficient service for their customers.

Due to a lack of space in the communication and journalism building, teaching assistant Ruben Ramirez said instructors have been forced to move public speaking classes to Mitchell Hall.

Activist rethinks thinking

Since childhood, Sonia Johnson said she always felt like an alien in society. "I was a hungry child," Johnson said. "I was full of a deep longing that I didn't understand."
