Intel makes large donation to group

A portion of the donated equipment will soon be set up at UNM’s Manufacturing Training and Technology Center.
Tennis match ends on sour note

Richardson buried UNM, hitting seven-of-10 3-pointers and making key shots when UW needed them while going toe-to-toe with Ruben Douglas, who poured on a career-high 43 points.
Lobo thrives on, off court

A student-athlete in every sense, Heidbrink is the No. 3 singles tennis player on the UNM women's team and a senator for ASUNM. The Manhattan Beach, Calif., native, who is pursuing a double major in political science and philosophy, said she first picked up a tennis racket at the age of eight.
Athletes' GPAs continue to improve each semester
February 14Staff Report University of New Mexico athletes are getting smarter -- or at least their cumulative grade-point average is getting better. For the first time, Lobo athletes combined for a GPA of more than 3.0, with a 3.03 in the fall 2002 semester. This marks the highest GPA since the University began tracking student-athletes in the fall of 1988.
Lobos need to get over past losses

Confidence is an essential component to success. Our record is sub-par, but if we had that confidence, our record would be 12-8 rather than 8-12.
Tennis team on its way home
Lee Cornell | February 14After a lengthy trip away from home, the 63rd-ranked UNM men's tennis team returns to the Lobo Tennis Club this weekend to face 58th-ranked Texas Tech University and Illinois State University. The last time the Lobos were home, they were undefeated on the season while mercilessly pounding the University of Northern Arizona and San Francisco University, posting a perfect 2-0 record.
National Heart Day beats on at UNM

"Heart Health Day is in recognition of American Heart month, which is designed to raise awareness on nutrition, fitness and everything else that contributes to overall heart health," said Brianne Schneider, one of the event's coordinators and a UNM senior majoring in biology.

It seems there are two possibilities for why Jackson would have agreed to such an intrusive interview.
Lobos looking for revenge

The Lobo men's basketball team had dropped six of eight games.
