A large poster encourages attendees to empathize with animals farm-raised for consumption. On Tuesday, the student chapter of PETA set up an exhibit at UNM aimed at convincing passers-by to adopt vegan diets in response to the cruelty farm animals are put through when slaughtered for food products.
