Fall sweaters are versatile in ways unimaginable. They can be worn over a dress, with a skirt and with leggings. The possibilities are endless; they are interchangeable.
Fall sweaters usually consist of darker colors and thick, comfortable fabrics. They are great to wear because they keep one looking dashing and snug while adding a bit of class and flair to any ensemble.
If one wants to wear a sweater with a cool graphic design on it, they can pair it with a skirt of the same color as the graphic and some tights, which will make the outfit look put-together. Or else, pair the graphic sweater with a black bottom to make the graphic stand out.
Sweaters with graphic designs on them add personality to any look. They show one’s daring and flirty side.
Crochet and knit sweaters make anyone look cute and desirable, but be careful — they can cause a lot of static electricity buildup, so make sure to put long hair up in a ponytail or bun. Crochet and knit sweaters look best with black leggings; keep it simple so that the piece stands out and the detail gets noticed.
Printed sweaters have a lot going on already, so pair them with the basics: jeans or leggings. Most people don’t want to overdo it on the prints and embellishments. Keep it simple and go for the traditional bottoms of choice to make the outfit look fun and on-point.
Plain, one-color sweaters could be paired with printed pants or leggings and a fun sequin skirt to add oomph to an outfit. This gives a little bit of spark to the standard sweater. Pairing something fun with the plain can cancel out any dullness and result in a stylish outfit that looks casual and creative.
Another form of a sweater is a cardigan. Cardigans are best worn when the weather is a little warmer because they are mainly worn for comfort and style, not to keep warm, because of the openness of the cardigan.
If one is wearing a cardigan that is made from a really cool print, one may want to make that piece the main focus. Try wearing all-black everything: leggings, shirt and shoes. This can make anyone look confident and cool. If the all-black isn’t working, cardigans can be mixed with jeans and a t-shirt to create a laid-back, chill vibe.
It’s impossible to go wrong with a sweater. They are so versatile that just about anything looks good with them. Whether one likes graphic, crochet, printed or plain sweaters is just a matter of personal preference.
Fall sweaters play up personality and style without trying too hard or overdoing it. Anyone can wear a sweater: It’s all about owning it, strutting it and looking fearless.
