UNMPD released a sketch of a “person of interest” officers would like to interview in connection with the Monday night stabbing of a UNM student.
The sketch was drawn up out of the victim’s description of the assailant, according to a UNMPD representative.
The department is asking the UNM community for help finding the assailant.
The representative said there are no updates on the investigation or patient’s condition at this time. On Tuesday, UNMPD Spokesman Robert Haarhues said the victim was in “satisfactory” condition.
On Monday night, an assailant stabbed a UNM student/employee in the neck and stole her cell phone in front of the Anthropology Building.
