Question of the Week

Would you pay more for organic fruit and vegetables? Or do you prefer to buy cheaper produce from a store?

I believe that the produce in general has gotten a lot more expensive. When I go over to Wal-Mart to purchase something, and I see how much vegetables are over there, and I really wouldn't spend money to pay for some of the vegetables that they have. It's too much. I prefer to buy my vegetables in the form of a salad.

I'm all about supporting local growers and local markets - things like that - because I think it's conducive to the local economy.

I buy produce at the Sun Flower Market because it's organically grown, and it's also cheaper than Smith's or Albertson's, and it's better. So, I don't think I would pay more for groceries.
