A UNM Police officer went to the Lockheed Martin building after windows at the front entrance had been shot. The officer said they had been shot with a BB or pellet. There were no witnesses.

UNM Police officers arrived at the south side of Campus Boulevard after receiving reports of a man kicking in windshields. When officers arrived, the man was standing in the De Vargas dormitory. The officers interviewed the man, examined three damaged vehicles and found that his shoeprints matched those on the hoods of the vehicles. The man said he was drunk but did not do any damage to the vehicles. Officers arrested the man and charged him with three counts of criminal damage to property.
March 10
A UNM Police officer was dispatched to the UNM student family housing complex. A man told the officer that his girlfriend had returned home drunk. He said when he tried to leave his apartment, his girlfriend clung to his jacket to prevent him from going out the door. When the officer questioned the girlfriend, she admitted to drinking a large quantity of beer. The woman said that ever since her boyfriend had been arrested in August, he has been violent. She said he often pushes her and verbally abuses her. No charges were filed.
March 11
UNM Police officers went to Zimmerman Library to remove an intoxicated man. The officers asked the man to leave, but he refused. The officers then checked the man for weapons and gave him a 72-hour criminal trespass warning. The man screamed at the officers when they followed him out of the library. The man kept returning to campus even though he was told to leave. Officers arrested the man and charged him with criminal trespass on state-owned property.
