Daily Lobo: What do you like best about UNM?
Angela Gonzales: Just the diverse group of people. I just love the diversity here. I guess that's what every college has to offer, but I just love the environment, honestly.
DL: What don't you like about it?
AG: I heard that they're trying to do the no-smoking ban thing here. I don't like that because I'm a smoker, but that's the only complaint I have about the campus really.
DL: What do you like to do on the weekends?
AG: Well, I work on the weekends.

DL: Where do you work?
AG: Village Inn, right now.
DL: What do you think
about that?
AG: I don't like it. I'm probably going to quit there now in a couple weeks.
DL: Why don't you like it?
AG: Serving. I'm a server, and I just realized I didn't like serving.
DL: Do you get a lot of drunks in there on the weekends?
AG: Actually, I work during the day. So, it's basically old people, which is fine with me.
DL: Are they easier or harder to deal with than drunks?
AG: Probably harder, because they get angry when they don't have their food or if it takes a long time for the food to come out or something. They get more angrier because they're older.
DL: How many tattoos do you have?
AG: I have one, two, three, four - four tattoos right now.
DL: Do you plan to get more?
AG: Mmhmm.
DL: What are you going to get?
AG: I'm into psychobilly and rockabilly. So, I'll probably go with that theme, and some oriental, like, Japanese style stuff on the back. I'm just going to go with it. See what things could pop into my mind.
DL: Why are you majoring in art studio?
AG: I love art, and I think that's where I excel the best.
DL: What's your favorite
medium?
AG: Photography and drawing.
DL: What do you like about photography?
AG: Just the whole traditional aspects of it, the black and white process, color processing - just everything. I'm kind of old school.
DL: Do you like shooting nude?
AG: Somewhat. Here and there. I'm selective, though.
DL: What's the criteria?
AG: I don't know. I have to be really comfortable with the person. That's a big factor, but it's artwork.
DL: What about your subjects? Do you like them to be nude when you shoot them?
AG: Umm (laughing). I'm
like, what.
