Do you think smoking should be banned on campus?

I can understand not being near doors because that is where people congregate, but out here in the open area as the wind blows, smoke is quickly dissipated. There is more smoke coming out of a diesel or a bus than there is coming out of a cigarette.

Personally, I would think UNM should, because I don't smoke, and I don't like people smoking. I think it would be good because people just need to stop smoking.

There should be designated smoking areas because people have their right to smoke. It's just not pleasant for everyone.

If you see someone smoking, you can always walk around them. I know you can be concerned about second(hand) smoke. But definitely keep it out of the building, because the smoke can stay. It doesn't make sense for UNM to ban smoking.

I think smoking should be banned, because I don't like people who smoke. I've never been bothered by a smoker on campus, but I just don't like smoking.
