Family members of UNM student Kyle Foster said they have not seen him since July 19.
He was last seen at Calibers Indoor Shooting Range on 5600 Holly Avenue NE near I-25 and Paseo Del Norte on July 20. Calibers manager Roger Bell said he couldn't recall if Foster was alone, but said it was likely.
Foster was a member of the shooting range and often visited to relieve stress, said Jessica Bickel, his girlfriend.
Bickel said Foster's credit card records show he ate at Frontier Restaurant and bought gasoline for his SUV at the Diamond Shamrock east of Frontier before visiting Calibers.
Bickel said Foster has left town before to "sort things out emotionally," but has always told his mother beforehand.
"This is completely out of character for him. He would have let one of us know," Bickel said.

Foster's friend, Paul Durkin, said Foster was withdrawn and agitated in the days before his disappearance. He said Foster was upset about Bickel leaving for graduate school in Michigan and frustrated with family problems.
"There's no evidence that would point to a crime," said Rick Goodman, a search and rescue consultant coordinating the volunteer effort to find Foster. "So we're going with the other scenario. It's kind of like if you've broken up with your girlfriend, and you're driving up and down Yale cussing a lot. You want to be connected (to family and friends) but at the same time unconnected."
Goodman, who has known the Foster family for 40 years, said Foster often experienced high stress and anxiety.
He said a missing persons report was filed with the Albuquerque Police Department and an all-points bulletin was sent out to local and state police.
On Tuesday, Goodman said Foster's brown 1997 Oldsmobile Bravada was reportedly spotted, but investigators dispatched to the area did not find the vehicle.
Bickel said Foster is one year away from a bachelor's degree in university studies.
