LETTER: Slate deserves student praise

I was walking around campus this week, and I ran into a member of the Senergy slate. It's refreshing to see a group taking action on their promises rather than simply empty promises.

Senergy has already spoken with UNM administrators about real issues that students face daily, such as extending library hours, increasing campus security and improving communication between ASUNM and the student body. I commend their efforts and wish them luck on April 10.
