Editor,
I was extremely upset when I heard Marlon Parmer was quitting the Lobo basketball team. Parmer and the coach have been bumping heads a lot this season, but it hasn't just been Parmer and coach Fran Fraschilla.
This season Rueben Douglas and Eric Chatfield also had incidents with coach Fran.
Why isn't anyone questioning what the coach is doing in practice and on the floor?
During the past two and a half years Fran has coached for the University, there have been several players who have quit the team.
Most of the players who quit stated Fraschilla was, "verbally abusive."

I think the Athletics Department should look into what Coach Fraschilla is doing, instead of finding reasons as to why the players decided to quit the team.
All fingers point to Fraschilla and his verbal abuse. Shouldn't we investigate that instead of losing quality players who can help build this program?
