The UNM women's soccer team will play Texas Tech University in its home opener Tuesday at 4 p.m. at the UNM Soccer Complex to begin a three-game homestand.

The Lobos were scheduled to play Texas Tech Sunday, but the game was rescheduled because of last week's terrorist attacks.

The Rudy Roast, a celebratory dinner for UNM athletics director Rudy Davalos, has been rescheduled because of the terrorist attacks Tuesday.

The dinner, originally scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 14, has been moved to Oct. 19 at the Hyatt Tamaya Resort.

CBS sports broadcaster Billy Packer will be the master of ceremonies. Other participants will include University of Utah head men's basketball coach Rick Majerus, former Texas Tech University head football coach Spike Dykes, UNM President Bill Gordon and Lobos men's basketball coach Fran Fraschilla.
