Athletes of the Week

The members of the UNM women's golf team are the New Mexico Daily Lobo Athletes of the Week.

The golf team won the Comcast/Dick McGuire Invitational with a record setting performance, shooting a 1-under 875 in the two-day tournament. The performance set a new course team tournament record. The Lobos also set two other course records - one for the lowest 36-hole team score with a 577 and the lowest second round score with a 289.

Ferrini, Larson and Leckovic finished third, fourth and fifth respectively in the individual standings.
