The Daily Lobo continues its series on construction at UNM with pictures by Daily Lobo photographer Kristine Mitchell. Mitchell, who specializes in architectural photography, has been shooting construction all across campus for this installment of the Construction Zone.

10,000 new seats, buildings for grounds and maintainence and a video scoreboard will be added to University Stadium upon completion of a $3.5 millon project.

Construction continues on the Hart Addition, which will add 32,000 square feet to the UNM Law School. Completion is scheduled for Dec. 31 of this year. Visit the Law School for a virtual tour of the addition.

New student apartments at the northwest corner of Girard Boulevard and Central Avenue will add 400 dorm rooms and a new 2,300 square foot commons building. Completion is scheduled for August of this year.
